LDAP

With Advanced Network Monitor you can monitor LDAP servers. To do this the program tries to connect to the server and do a handshake. By this method Advanced Network Monitor can check that the LDAP server is working correctly. If the LDAP server requires authentication Advanced Network Monitor tries to logon to the LDAP server.

The LDAP check takes the following parameters:
  • Server name - The name of the LDAP server.
     
    If the LDAP server requires authentication you need to check the "Server requires authentication" option and specify your user name and password.
